TechNutty Wish List: 8-Bit Edition

The TechNutty Wish List is back! And with an 8-bit special edition, we are once again bringing you our list of our favorite gadgets from around the web this week.

First up is the 8-Bit case for the iPhone 5, which has been designed specifically for those fans of the arcade, bringing a sleek and new pixely look to your iPhone 5.

Designed to be sleek, stylish and friction free the case has been made to form fit the handset, with a plastic design the case simply clips onto the iPhone 5.

And when you do purchase it, you also get a set of free matching wallpapers.

8-bit coin box

After which we have a pretty coll 8-bit coin box, designed with a retro design it features graphics dedicated to the arcade gaming world, and as you can guess is designed to be used to hold a ton of change, or what ever else will fit through the slot.

Once full your change can then be emptied via the secure plug situated at the bottom of the box.

You can pick up the 8-bit Coin Box from Red5 for £6.95, making it a pretty cheap gift.

8-bit ipad sleeve

Fitting in with the iPhone 5 case we mentioned earlier, we also have an 8-bit sleeve for the iPad, designed in a pixelated envelope-style pouch, designed to fit the iPad properly as well as provide protection for your tablet.

Also designed to be used as a clutch or folder, the sleeve is also ready for the go.

Much like the iPhone 5 case, the sleeve also comes with free matching wallpapers.

And last but certainly not least is the a380 Pocket Retro Game Emulator, taking the list to the next level, this isn’t a simply accessory, and actually allows you to play those retro games you have always remembered at home or on the go.

The emulator can play a range of titles including roms for the NES, SNES, GBA, Sega Genesis or even the Neo Geo.

These roms can be stored using the built-in 4GB storage or using the microSD card expansion slot, you can load titles into separate cartridges, all ready for the move, and if that’s not enough, you can also store movies, audio and even access the FM radio, view images or read an ebook.
