Buffalo Technology announces the TeraStation 3400

Expanding on their range of storage solutions, Buffalo Technology has today announced their latest NAS and ISCSI solution to be aimed at both small business and the home, called the TeraStation 3400.

Featuring a max-capacity of 16GB, which comes already populated, the 3400 can be set up in both a Rackmount and a Desktop format, and has been fitted with the latest Marvell ARMADA MV78230 dual-core CPU processor and 1GB of RAM.

Alongside this, Buffalo Technology also say that the new TeraStation will also feature a quick and reliable interface, with Active Directory support as well as hot-swappable HDD’s, IP camera recording capabilities and two USB 3.0 ports.

Data will also be protected with RAID technology, and the 3400 will also come with 10 free licenses for NovaStor NovaBACKUP.

The TeraStation 3400 is available from today at various UK distributors from £499.99 excluding VAT.
