As some of you may know, Apple launched the iPhone 5S and the 5C for sale earlier today, with thousands queuing for the new Apple smartphone already, it’s going to be an extremely popular smartphone, but which one is better? Should you buy the iPhone 5S or should you buy the 5C.
Honestly the answer to that question is completely up to you, but just in case you need a little help on deciding, follow this article for a quick look at which one you should pick up.
The iPhone 5C marks a bit of change for Apple, featuring an all new colourful and plastic design, it is the first iPhone since the 3GS that features a design without the use of aluminum, allowing Apple to target the customers who fancy a bolder design, much like that of the Nokia Lumia, but in what they say is a more premium design.
Featuring specs very similar to the iPhone 5, the only notable change in the 5C is that the design we just mentioned and a slightly larger size. There’s also a selection of new cases which Apple are quite proud of, designed specifically to show off the new iPhone’s design, they have been made perfectly for both the 5C and the 5S, you can check some of the available iPhone 5C cases here.
But if you are someone who didn’t buy the iPhone 5 because it was a bit too conservative, than the 5C might be the option for you.
The iPhone 5S is Apple’s new flagship smartphone, designed to take over from the iPhone 5, it includes a few features that could make it your prefered choice this year, designed with an aluminum body, the iPhone 5S features a glass front and back much like the iPhone 5 and is in fact more or less the same size as its predecessor.
However there are still some new changes, the first off which and probably the most notable is the new fingerprint scanner (which Apple calls Touch ID), built into the home button on the phone, it has been made to quickly unlock your phone and even sign into your Apple account using the same fingerprint you have been carrying around all of your life, making the iPhone 5S extremely secure and cool at the same time.
Alongside this, Apple have also fitted the iPhone 5S with a new A7 chip with a 64-bit architecture, something that is a first for any smartphone in the world, and has even been upgraded furter with the introduction of a M7 motion coprocessor.
To finish off, we have added a table below which you can use to compare the iPhone 5C between both the iPhone 5 and the iPhone 5S in order to get a better look how all of them compare, hopefully it can help you chose the best option for you.
