Apple Files Lawsuit Against Samsung

Today Apple filed yet another lawsuit claim against Samsung, where once more they are claiming Samsung has copied their iPhone and iPad products within their own tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab.
I actually think that Samsung and some other companies have copied Apple’s designs, if you look at Samsung’s range of Galaxy Tabs they do look a lot like both the iPhone and iPad, within their shape, hardware and even packaging
This case mainly focuses on Samsung’s range of Galaxy smartphones and tablets, from which Apple has claimed they are complete rip-offs, this lawsuit already replicates a previous one submitted earlier and has already been countered by Samsung who say Apple has copied some of their patients.
Despite this ongoing battle, both Samsung and Apple have some extremely important ties within their products as Samsung is a major manufacturer for Apple’s iPhone, for which Apple is Samsung second largest client.
