A reader at TechnoBuffalo sent them an image of a back to school ad they saw inside the american supermarket Target, the image is clearly an iPhone, but it has a few features that are nothing like the current iPhone 4.

The first thing I noticed was the blue light near the top speaker, I’m not sure if this is just a trick of the light of from the camera that took the photo, but it was rumored a few months ago that the iPhone was going to get notification lights much like the Blackberry, check out that post here.

Another part that looked weird on the photo was it’s rounded appearance, one thing I know this is defiantly not an image of the iPhone 5, this could be a leaked image put on an advert to early, as it is rumored the next iPhone will be released in a few months, or it could just be an art project by the designer of the advert who decided to mix the image up a bit.

This defiantly isn’t the end to all the iPhone 5 rumors, and doesn’t mean the iPhone will be released so at the moment this one has been put aside and we will come back to it in the future if we need to, if it is true whoever created this ad is defiantly getting shouted at today.
