iPhone 5 Spotted On A Train?

If all the rumors over the past few weeks are true than we are around a month away from the iPhone 5 being announced, from which we think we might just have the big daddy of rumors right here.
Yesterday a mystery Apple device was spotted on a train in San Francisco, and the clever photographer sent some photos to 9to5 Mac.
According to the tipster the device looked as though it didn’t have a front/ home button, the tipster also said the screen was a lot larger although the chassis remained the same size but thinner than the iPhone 4.
The phone was also curved on the back as rumored, and the edges had a sort of rounded metal, which all seems to fit in with the design specifications we rumored a few days ago, we are not to sure if this is real or not, but apparently the user was trying very hard to cover the back of the phone.
What do you think? An iPhone 4? Or just a 3G/S?
