For a while now Apple and Samsung have had their own little arguement going on about who copied who, from which I am getting the feeling is never going to end, as yes you guessed Apple are Suing Samsung again, but this time it’s in Japan over alleged patent violations pertaining to Apple’s iPhone and iPad.

According to Japan’s Kyodo news agency, (who where first to print the story) Apple is looking to halt the sales of Samsung’s Galaxy S smartphones becuase of patient violations, so basically what they have done before to the Galaxy tab 10.1 and 7.7, but this time they are also seeking  ¥100 million (which is around £810,000 here in the UK) in damages.

According to Kyodo’s sources the first hearing was held on Wednesday in the Tokyo District Court, but their is still to comment from any court spokesmen or even Samsung or Apple, leaving the world in the dark I suppose, but we will keep you posted as soon as we find out any more on the situation.

What do you think? Is this rumor true? How long do you think this will last?
