Samsung Already Planning To Sue Apple For The iPhone 5

Recently Samsung and Apple have been involved in their own patent wars, with one suing the other for many different reasons, but Samsung is reportedly planning to take this up a notch, by filling a new suit against Apple’s iPhone 5 as soon as it is released.
An anonymous senior executive at Samsung said to the Korea Times:
Just after the arrival of the iPhone 5 here, Samsung plans to take Apple to court here [in Korea] for its violation of Samsung’s wireless technology related patents.
For as long as Apple does not drop mobile telecommunications functions, it would be impossible for it to sell its i-branded products without using our patents. We will stick to a strong stance against Apple during the lingering legal fights.
Between them Samsung and Apple already have around 23 lawsuits, with Apple suing Samsung in several countries, with the successful Galaxy Tab ban in many of those countries including Germany and Australia, with their new 7.7″ version pulled from it’s display at IFA>
It is obvious that neither Samsung or Apple are going to stop suing each over till one is out of business, but if Samsung win the upcoming fight against Apple’s iPhone 5, it could lead to a ban of the phone at point of creation.
What do you think? Will this ever end?
