Recently Samsung and Apple have started an all out war between themselves, with Apple banning the sale of Samsung’s 10.1 and 7.7 Galaxy Tab devices, Samsung wants some payback and have filed in paperwork at the Hague Court in the Netherlands asking for an injunction against Apple’s iPhone and iPad devices.

Personally I don’t think Samsung have much chance at wining this case, especially since the Hague Court was were the Tab was first banned across Europe, which eventually turned to just Germany because Apple didn’t file the required paperwork and fees to extend the injunction across the entire EU.

But if Samsung do win the injunction against the iPhone and iPad, it is extremely likely that they will set up some sort of an agreement to leave all the devices on the shelves rather than remove all of them. What do you think about this? How do you think this will end? Who will win?
