If you live in the UK you would have more than likely heard of the company called Virgin before, who have their hands in a wide range of different businesses, including Virgin Media (The cable TV service), Virgin Airlines, as well as Virgin Money and many others.

But on the 10th January, Richard Branson the CEO of Virgin, will be making the banking world a lot better, by creating the worlds first 270 degree outdoor projection mapping. The show will take place against the three walls of the inner courtyard with the Senate House located in Bloomsbury.

The video which will be played, will accoridng to Virgin contain a fully immersive 3G projection, taking viewers on a journey through the Virgin brand story, alongside a two and a half-minute as, which features a variety of iconic images from the Virgin stable.

Recently Virgin bought out Northern Rock, for which it plans to completely renovate all of the 75 branches worldwide into new Virgin Money branches, Richard Branson told this to the BBC, explaining his reason for joining the banking industry:

“People are suspicious of banks and they have good reason to be after the last few years. “The Virgin brand is well trusted and has always offered good products in a range of different businesses..We think we can come in and shake up the industry.”
