Facebook Letting You Vote On Future Privacy Changes
03/06/2012 | Nicholas Griffin
Some of Facebook’s recent privacy changes have left a lot of people annoyed with the social network, taking to it’s governance page and posting various comments asking for a vote on all of the future changes with Facebook’s privacy rules.
After which of course Facebook had to abide, now allowing all of its users to vote on any policy Facebook seeks to introduce, after which if they find 30 percent of its user base have objected they will have to retract the policy, which seems highly unlikely with of 800 million users I doubt 230 million of them will even visit the page, but that’s democracy after all.
