Having just updated my phone to iOS 6 Beta on a fresh install, I went looking around the phone for anything interesting I didn’t already know about and I think I may have found it whilst in the sounds section. If you go into Settings then Sounds you may notice one of the sections called Sounds and Vibration Patterns which is where you will find the individual settings for each notifications sound and vibration.

These include Alert, Heartbeat, Quick, Rapid, S.O.S., Staccato and Symphony, which are all brilliant but the best part is you can even set a custom one, according to the pattern you tap on the screen.
