They also took to their status page at 13:30 BST with this message: “Following previous updates, our tests now show that all our 2G and 3G services have been fully restored for affected customers. If any customers are still having problems we recommend they turn their phone off and on again.Once again, we are sorry.”
The cause of the fault is still unexplained, which is the same for the amount of people affected, if you are still finding issues O2 has advised you to turn of your 3G then turn it back on again.
