If you have had enough of Hotmail, then you might want to try the new service that Microsoft has launched today named, Outlook.com. The service has been built to become an entirely different service and has been designed to look like everything Hotmail doesn’t.
The first change is that Outlook will not include any of those targeted video ads you find on Hotmail, and will also allow you to access Twitter and Facebook and post comments and retweet things, probably the biggest feature however is the Skype integration, which will become live in a few weeks.
The service is open to use from today, all you have to do is either create a new account or sign in using an existing Hotmail address, Microsoft states that anyone can sign up and storage is virtually unlimited, and anyone creating a Microsoft account for the first time will get 7GB of complimentary SkyDrive storage.
