Code Within iOS 6 Hints At New 9-Pin Connector
07/08/2012 | Nicholas Griffin
So it may actually be true that Apple will be changing the current 30-pin dock connector for a much smaller 9 pin connector, which was revealed today through some code within the iOS 5 Beta 4 files as you can see in the image above refers to 9 Pin support.
The code was discovered by 9to5Mac, who claim that it had been a present since the first iOS 6 build but had only just been discovered in this release, and that the code within is a clear sign that Apple is going to implement the new port in all of the iOS 6 products, to me however it’s all gibberish so check out the source link below for more information.
