It seems that Samsung has itself just leaked an image of what is believed to be the Galaxy Note II on their official Facebook page for Pakistan.
The image first went up with the caption, “Picture perfect view made even more perfect with Samsung Galaxy S3.” but as you can see this isn’t the Galaxy S II, and after it was put up it was quickly pulled, after which they did it again with a new caption reading, “Picture perfect view made even more perfect with Samsung Galaxy Note.” but again this isn’t the current Galaxy Note, a sort time after they did it a third time, republishing the image with the caption, “Picture perfect view made even more perfect with Samsung Mobile.”
From the image we can see that the volume rocker has been moved to the left side of the device, the sleep/ wake on the right alongside another new button, front-facing camera and the proximity sensors have also been moved.
We can expect to hear more on August 29th when Samsung will host their event in Berlin.

[Update]
The case was in fact a reader-made concept image of what the Galaxy S III could have looked like and was simply part of an “Imagined Phones” section to the Samsung Phone Owners’ Club website, why it was posted on their Facebook page we still do not know.
