Samsung Unveils Exynos 5 Dual Mobile Processors

Samsung has just unveiled their update to the previous Exynos 4 Quad Processor used in the Galaxy S III smartphones, the Exynos 5 Dual Mobile processor which is includes an ARM Cortex A15-based dual-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz with a quad-core Mali-T604 GPU, which supports for 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution WQXGA displays.
Alongside this the Exynos 5 includes DirectX 11 support alongside OpenGL 3.0, Wi-Fi, displays, USB 3.0 and better battery efficiency.
This will allow Samsung to create more powerful mobile and tablet devices all with great gaming support and possibly the new Windows 8 operating system.
