Remember the end of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Multiplayer Trailer, which feature a guy speaking over a player’s gameplay, well it seems that was a new spectator mode called, Shoutcasting.

The new feature will allow shoutcasters to commentate over multiplayer game matches, players will be able to view matches as a spectator and record their voice-over and share it on the Black Ops community from the game.

There will also be a separate user interface which will give shoutcasters every detail of the match including player stats, loadouts and map overlays, detailing every players position in the game, you will also be able to switch between viewing modes between players and toggle between the first and third person view modes.

Shoutcasting matches can also be streamed live, and viewed by anyone with an internet connection via their web browser, or you can simply record the gameplay and replay in theater mode.

There will be more details on the new feature over the next few days/weeks up until Black Ops 2 releases on November 13th on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
