04/12/2012 | Luke Williams
Google has just released the version 2.0 update for the Gmail iOS app now available for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad the new update brings a faster, better looking and easier to use application.
The image above shows of the new look with a ton of new improvements such as profile pictures in messages as well as new animations with swivels and transitions, there’s also a new infinite scrolling feature within the message lists.
There’s also new autocomplete predictions that allow the app to automatically suggest adjustments to your typos, you can also RSVP to Google Calendar invites as well as +1 and comment on Google+ posts right from the app itself.
Probably one of the biggest features however is the addition of multiple account support which allows you to login to up to five Google Accounts from the main menu, all of which can be switched between easily.
