News like this is never nice to report, but I think some one has to do it. At a plant owned by Catcher Technology, an Apple supplier, Hydrogen sulfide gas leaked during routine work at the factory.

The leak was in no way related to the company’s production line or involve any raw materials the company may use, but the factory where the spill happened has received a black rating from a local environmental protection watch group, which is the lowest score possible.

This could mean even more bad new for Apple in the future, as they have received over the last year due to their factory workers at Foxconn factory’s receiving excessive overtime alongside various health and safety risks.
