For those of you that have been eagerly awaiting the release of Bioshock Infinite, the box art has been revealed today. The game is set to hit in stores on February 26th next year and looks to be another awesome game in the series. The new box art depicts protagonist Booker DeWitt. As the box suggests, the game does come with a free copy of the original Bioshock for those of you who haven’t played this amazing classic, this is a perfect time to do so. The artwork for the box art has been criticized for being bland and boring, don’t get me wrong, the artwork is really nice, it just isn’t anything special. The original Bioshock had an amazing box art, making use of rust and water effects to capture the essence of the game. Here’s a first look at the new artwork for the PS3 version:
