We have heard quite a lot about the Wikipad gaming tablet for a few months ago, which found its name as the 7 inch tablet that run Android’s Jelly Bean OS, as well as being able to access PlayStation Mobile, NVIDIA’s Tegra Zone and the Google Play Store.

And now we have a release date for the tablet, launching this spring for $249, the tablet includes a Tegra 3 processor, 1280 x 800 resolution IPS display, 16GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for expandablity.

There’s also two analogue sticks, a d-pad and four x,y,a and b buttons.

There’s no news yet on a UK release.
