After revealing their next generation 5.5 inch display for smartphones, and after the G Pad tablet leaked it seems that LG may also be working on a new 9.8 inch tablet, which is rumored to be called the V500 leaked by the FCC, it may be part of that rumored G-Pad line-up.

This is despite LG stating that it was going to focus on smartphones after the LG Optimus Pad launch went badly in 2011.

The FCC site claims that the leaked 9.8 inch tablet will include a dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 LE as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

The site also claims that the tablet will feature an aluminium shell and might be placed alongside the rumored G Pad, which is said to include an 8.3 inch screen with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM.

However at the moment that’s all just a rumor.
