If you are using a tablet for serious stuff like gaming then the new Acer Predator 8 might be your new option, featuring some of the best specifications included in a tablet.

Those specs include and Intel Atom X7 processor, an 8-inch display, four front-facing speakers, 2×2 MIMO wireless technology and more, all in a design that measures just 8.7mm thin and weighs just 350 grams.

That design is also pretty unique, featuring a brushed aluminium backing, and an all round design that makes it look rather tough, whilst still keeping its character. Inside you will also find some of Acer’s own technologies that have been built alongside the Android 5.1 operating system.

One of these technologies is what Acer calls “Predator Precision Plus”, which uses a number of touch sensors that have been arranged more densely than the industry standard, whilst being much smaller. What this means it that you should have more precise control for the tablet, making it great for gaming are for artists.

It also features TacSense, which is said to provide more immersive tactile feedback and real vibrations.

The Acer Predator 8 will be available in EMEA and China in October and then North America from November for $299.
