As always this year’s IFA has been an eventful one, with a wide range of announcements made our news feed is slowly filling up with news on laptops, phones, tablets and much more. To continue filling it up Acer announced its latest edition to its Chromebook lineup.
Called the Acer Chromebook R11, the new Chromebook is different from what you usually see with Chromebooks, featuring a 360 degree hinge design, it can be converted to be used in a number of positions, from a simple laptop all the way to a tablet.
It also sports a 11.6 inch Full HD touchscreen display with 10-point touch integration, USB 3.0, 2×2 MIMO, and a body that is just 19.2mm thin.
The R11 also runs on an Intel Celeron processor.
The Chromebook R11 will launch this October in North America for $299, no other international details have been revealed yet.
