Acer has today announced their latest ultra high-definition monitor, dubbed the Acer T272HUL which is a new 27 inch WQHD display with a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution, and has been made to be compatible with the Windows 8 operating system.

Sporting 1.07 billion colours, as well as a 5ms response time, and an asymmetrical stand which allows you to tilt the display between 30 and 80 degrees, and on the back of it there’s a VGA, DVI, HDMI and a USB 3.0 port.

Alongside that, there’s also the Acer B276HUL & B296CL displays which have been designed for business use, the B276HUL has a 29 inch screen with a WQHD 2560 x 1440 resolution, whilst the B296CL has a 29 inch screen with a 2560 x 1880 resolution.

The Acer T272HUL will be available later this month and will be priced at $999, the Acer B276HUL & B296CL are available now however, priced at $599.
