Adobe has today announced the launch of Adobe Lightroom on Android, now available from the Google Play Store.

much like the iOS application you will need Lightroom 5.4 or above in order to download the app as well as a subscription to Adobe’s Creative Cloud. If you have both of those you can download the Android application for free.

As a companion application to the Lightroom 5 software, the mobile version was first released for iPad and iPhone and allows users to edit, organise and share images anywhere and anytime.
