A company called Deroni has this week took to Kickstarter to raise the funds they need to get a new smart robot into production, taking the form of the Aijia Pro, it is the next generation of their Delong Pro robot, which they previously raised money for in china.

Built to be a personal robot, it features a variety of facial expressions and has the ability to communicate over voice, with head rotation monitoring, and alert mode, automatic location monitoring and more to help protect your home.

With this, it can detect home invaders, object displacement and abnormal changes according to the company. If something is detected then the smart robot will ring a sound with alert expressions on the face of the robot, as well as send messages to the user’s phone.

It will also use Wi-Fi to connect to a companion application.
