Getting content to your TV still isn’t that smart, requiring you to lead a ton of cables from one side of the room to the other, there is one other option however, in the from of a project on Indiegogo, Airtame is a new device that will allow you to throw content onto your screen wirelessly by plugging the device into a HDMI port and connecting it to a Wi-Fi network.

Simply load up media on your device and send it over to your screen, sort of in the same way as Chromecast, but not just for YouTube, it could even allow you to stream over a Steam game or any application really.

You can check out Airtame on their Indiegogo page, where they are allowing users to pick up a device for $69 for one device and two for $169.
