Upon announcing the list of manufactures that will be creating their own Steam Machines in 2014, Alienware was the one that I was most interested in, and it now seems that was a good view, as after they unveiled their Alienware X51 Steam Machine earlier today, I am sure it is defiantly one of the best options.

Measuring only 8 inches long and 3 inch high, The Verge revealed the release, stating that it will offer full 1080p gaming playback, featuring an Intel CPU and a Nvidia GPU, claiming that the steam machine will feature four USB 3.0, HDMI input and output, a Gigabit Ethernet port and an optical audio out.

The chassis is custom-built and will provide both optimal thermal and acoustic management, keeping the machine cool when running.

There’s no price or an exact release date information available yet, but we do know it will be available in late 2014.
