Amazon has finally launched their Appstore across Europe on various Android smartphones and tablets within the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

The store will allow you to download a variety of apps and games for your device, but does this mean an impending release of the Kindle Fire 2 within these countries?

It’s certainly about time, and as Amazon is hosting an event in San Diego on September 6th, it’s also very likely.

As the first Fire was launched in the US just before Christmas last year, it could be seen as a bit weird for them to break their own tradition, but with the sheer number of tablets releasing over the next few months, it might be a much-needed move.

As always however we will just have to wait and see what happens, you can download and find out more about the store at the source link below.
