According to various reports Amazon are currently in talks with Transport for London in order to bring pick-up lockers to the London Underground, according to the reports, amazon are looking to do this by covering ticket offices in Tube stations to their lockers, taking advantage of the London Underground’s switch to a 24 hour service in 2015.

At which time, Transport for London will close manned ticket offices in favour of automated machines and Oyster card points to access stations, something that London’s Mayor, Boris Johnson says will help businesses in London benefit, despite being one that will be costly for the company.

As of yet however, there’s no official news on Amazon’s move to stations.
