Android Central reported that the Android 4.4.4 KitKat update is finally coming to the Moto G in the UK, news which comes from a number of tipsters who notified the site of the updates release.

Currently the update is rolling out for users who are on the Vodafone UK network, and is available to download for those users over the air.

As the KitKat update is mostly security fixes and a number of improvements, its not a very big update, with the main changes being an updated phone dialer, the ability to pause video recording, and the ability to download the Motorola Alert application.

Aside from that, there’s not much else to say, aside from the fact that the update should be making its way to you now if you are on the Vodafone UK network.

As of yet we are unsure if the update will also be coming to other networks in the UK, or even when it will be coming.
