Evan Blass is back at it, today posted a new leak for the long-rumoured  HTC Ocean smartphone, which has long been rumoured as HTC’s next flagship smartphone.

In this leak, Blass tweeted a screenshot from a Chinese mobile site called Mobile01, which he claims to show an upcoming display feature that will come with the smartphone, called ‘Edge Sense’.

Here’s the tweet:

We don’t know much about this feature, however, if you translate the Mobile01 site you will notice that it states that Edge Sense is “Sense Touch official name of the edge touch,” basically enabling you to use of touch-sensitive areas of the outer frame of the phone to perform certain actions in apps.

But it seems that it won’t work like Samsung’s Edge, with Blass stating that it’s not something that shows services or shortcuts when you swipe from the edge.

According to rumours, the HTC Edge will have a Snapdragon 835 processor, 5.5-inch screen, variants with 4GB or 6GB of RAM, 64GB of ROM, USB Type-C charging, a Sense AI assistant and mobile VR support.

However, nothing about this smartphone is official just yet, we will update you when we hear more.
