AOC has unveiled a new all-in-one desktop PC this week, designed to run Remix OS, it is a simple desktop PC running on a converted version of the Android mobile operating system.

But in terms of specs, you still get what you would expect out of a desktop PC.

AOC explains more:

Android is everywhere, and there’s no surprise why. It’s powerful, flexible, and downright fun to use. Remix OS 2.0 is pioneering the next chapter of the Android journey. Designed to bring simplicity to productivity, Remix OS 2.0’s features are unlike anything you’ve ever seen on Android.

Featuring a 23.8-inch display, it has a 1,920 x 1,080 pixel resolution and is powered by a Amlogic S905 quad-core ARM Cortex-A42 processor that is supported by 2GB of RAM.

It can also be configured with either 16 or 64GB of on-board storage and includes a total of 4 USB ports, 1 Ethernet port and two HDMI ports.

The new all-in-one is expected to be shipped with the Remix OS 2.0 software when it becomes available in China this summer.
