The Aperion Audio ARIS is the world’s first Windows 8 certified compatible speaker system, which works with a number of devices not just your Windows 8 PC, allowing you to stream music over your home network.

The ARIS can be used effortlessly from anywhere in your home, with the Windows Play To feature, users can simply select te room in which they would like to stream the music from any Windows PC, tablet or smartphone that’s connected to the same home network.

The speakers work with both Apple AirPlay or Bluetooth technology, as well as being Windows and DNLA certified, allowing connectivity of multiple devices, with a simple right-click, music can be played back from a variety of applications for tablets and smartphones.

The ARIS has also been built to provide great audio quality, with natural and low-distortion even at load volumes, the speaker includes six internal divers and four amplifiers to provide a massive 100 Watts of audio power, at 105 dB.The system comes in a design tat features a black anodised aluminium enclosure with an adjustable and removable red steel stand.

The ARIS can even connect to a home network at the touch of a button with WPS technology, which is built into most modern routers, there’s also a Wireless Card for Windows which is included and allows the speaker to update automatically over the internet.

The Aperion ARIS Speaker with ARIS Wireless Card for Windows is available today for around $499 (not sure of the UK price just yet.)
