Apple’s September 12th event is just a few days away, and preparations for the possible launch of the iPhone 5 have already begun, with Apple adding a new backdrop to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.

The backdrop which you can feast your eyes on above, features the Apple logo above what looks to be a rainbow of colors behind, but according to MacRumors, it is actually over-stretched homescreen app icons, which obviously points towards a larger screen for the iPhone 5.

But ass of yet, where not to sure and shall have to wait until the day to find out, the action starts on Wednesday 6pm GMT, during which we shall have a live stream.
