According to a report from The Verge, Apple are looking to make yet another acquisition, this time in the company, Primsense who are an Israeli semiconductor company who have previously worked with Microsoft to build the original Kinect sensor for the Xbox 360.

Alongside this, Primesense also build 3D scanning technology that is already being used by more than 20 million devices around the world, featured in a lot of sensors found within various smartphones and tablets.

According to the report, Apple has already offering around $280 million for the company, but apart from that there’s not much details available yet.
