For a long time now Apple has been on a major offensive against their new rival company: Samsung, which according to Apple has been “copying” products such as the iPhone and iPad with its own Galaxy line, it gotten a bit out of hand with twenty lawsuits currently in progress across the world.

More recently Apple tried to ban the sales of Samsung’s three Galaxy smartphone models, alongside the Tab 10.1, from which has been denied by the US judge Lucy Koh who said,  “It is not clear that an injunction on Samsung’s accused devices would prevent Apple from being irreparably harmed.”

Recently Samsung’s ban on the sales of the Tab in Australia was lifted, allowing Samsung to continue selling the device again, which makes it seem Apple may be losing their luck in this case, makes me wonder if the rest of the cases will last much longer.

What do you think? Who do you think should have won the case?
