Apple has just sent out press invites for an event scheduled for October 16th, which is roughly one month after they unveiled the iPhone 6 iPhone 6 Plus.

The event will kick off at 10 AM PST at the Town Hall auditorium on Apple’s Cupertino headquarters campus, and the invite teases with the following tag line: “It’s been way too long”, alongside which Apple will be simultaneously holding another event in Berlin at 6 PM.

According to rumours Apple will likely unveil some new upgraded iPads including the iPad Air and iPad Mini, with rumours leading to the announcement of an updated 27-inch iMac with a Retina display.

However as of yet we don’t know anything official about what Apple will be announcing, however we do expect that the company might announce new details to OS X Yosemite, and event release the final and public version of the new OS.
