In an attempt to fix some recent bugs found in iOS 6.1, Apple have today released the iOS 6.1.2 update for the iPhone, iPod and iPad, which according to the company’s release notes, “fixes an Exchange calendar bug that could result in increased network activity and reduced battery life”.

The exchange bug mentioned, has been one of the biggest issues within 6.1, causing fast battery decline and high temperatures.

But despite the fact that the update is sized at 107MB, it still doesn’t fix the lockscreen security vulnerability that was found recently.
