You may remember the unveiling of Apple’s new web browser at their media event about a month ago, well it’s now been released for all Mac OS X users to download.

The new browser will include the new iCloud tabs view alongside a new tab view, smart and unified search and a new address bar. If you’re on an OS older than Mountain Lion however you will not be able to use the iCloud or new tab views, but Reading Lists will now work on any OS without an internet connection.

There is one weird option however, it seems that a Windows version is nowhere to be seen, with all references removed to the old version, where not sure if this means that the new OS will hit Windows, only time will tell at which point we’ll let you know.
