Samsung have taken it pretty hard lately, with Apple winning court cases to remove both their Galaxy smartphones and tablets, and it is not going to get any better with Apple winning another case today against the Samsung 7.7″ Galaxy Tab, which has had to be removed from display at the IFA event in Berlin.

Last month saw Apple granted the injunction against Samsung’s 10.1″ Galaxy Tab, which led to the decision to block sales of the 7.7″ version as well, then on Saturday all of the promotional materials and the product itself had been removed from the IFA show floor, as well as from Samsung’s German website.

So it looks like only the people who went to IFA in Berlin will get a chance to have a go with Samsung’s latest tablet, how long do you think this is going to last for, though? Personally, I don’t think Apple will ever give up until they are the only company in the world creating these products, and it looks like they may be getting their own way.

What do you think about the recent patent wars between Apple and Samsung? Do you think it will ever end? Who will ultimately win?
