According to a recent article in the New York Times, a number of Apple employees have been testing Apple’s brand new wearable devices, one of them being a new wearable iPod, which will support Siri and would apparently be a curved-glass iPod that would wrap around your wrist.

As well as being wearable the device will also give the user the ability to advance through their songs using voice commands rather than the buttons we are used to, in another rumor Apple could also be developing a device that will connect to your iPhone and display information, which will allow you to view information from your iPhone just by looking at your wrist.

This second device could also feature its own buttons to skip songs etc, much like the Nike ID watch. but Apple could have some competition in this new sector as it also rumoured that Google is working on their own wearable devices with the ability to connect to your Android phone.

What do you think? Is this rumour true? Would you use a wearable device?
