Apple has just set out invites to the media, confirming that its next iPhone launch event will take place on September 9th at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.

The invite itself features bright colours that resemble the design of iOS 8/9, with the teaser “Hey, Siri, give us a hint”, which you can speak to Siri and she will reply with the answer “wait until 9 September” along with that there’s “a big announcement coming” and the she bets you were “one of the kids who snuck downstairs to open presents” or that “you’re cute when you’re desperate for information”.

This all suggests that we will see some new about Siri at the event, possibility details on further integration with the personal assistant in the upcoming iOS 9 release.

On top of iOS 9, we also expect Apple to unveil more details about the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, which is expected to come with Force Touch technology, along with faster processors.

Some also expect that they will update the Apple TV with a new chassis, A8 processor, more storage, support for Siri, a full app store and a touch remote control.

We should also see new detail on WatchOS 2.

However as Siri has already stated, we will just have to “wait until 9 September”.
