The German retailer, Conrad Electronics might have this week split the beans on the release date for the Mac Pro, already taking pre-orders, the site is listing stock to be available from December 17th, and it’s not just Conrad Electronics as MacGeneration also tweeted that the Mac Pro will be available from December 18th, just a day after.

In terms of official stuff however, all we know is that it will launch sometime this fall, which given that there’s only a month left would link to a December release.

In the US the Mac Pro will be priced starting at $2,999 for the base model, featuring a 3.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5 processor, 12GB of RAM (upgradable to 64GB), a 256GB PCie-based flash storage drive and a dual FirePro D300 GPU that features 2GB of DDR5 VRAM in each.
