Yesterday Apple revealed the new MacBook pro, which only comes with ThunderBolt 3 ports and a headphone jack, so you are going to need something extra to get all of your things connecting.

In response to this, Bourge Design unveiled their latest USB-C hub creation, called the Arc Hub.

It features seven ports to extend the functionality of laptops like the new MacBook Pro, with two USB-C ports that have pass-through charging, two USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI port, that supports 4K and Ultrawide displays one MiniDisplay port, and an SD card reader.

All of this comes packed into a round aluminum enclosure with chamfered edges and a convex glass covering to match the sleek style of the MacBook.

It is also capable of providing transfer speeds from an external hard drive over USB 3.0 at 115Mbps.

It sounds like a pretty cool idea.

The Arc Hub will be shipping in January and you can pre-order it today for $105 in the US. You can find out more at the source link below.
