Ahead of IFA, Archos has today revealed what they will be showing at the show next week, as you can expect it includes a lot of new technology gadgets.
Probably the most interesting is what Archos are calling their flagship handset, the Archos 50 Oxygen, which runs on vanilla Android 4.2 and features a quad-core processor with 16GB of internal storage and a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera, but that’s all the information we have at the moment for that.
Of course they also revealed a set of new tablets to be revealed at the show also, the first of which is the company’s new Platinum line, which are top of the range tablets that include aluminum built tablets running quad-core processors, Android 4.2 and displays with a 2,048 x 1,536 pixel resolution.
Then there’s the Archos 101xs2 which is a new quad-core tablet that features both front-facing speakers and a magnetic keyboard, after which they also want to show of a new Xenon tablet series that they say are “cheaper than Apple or Samsung Wi-Fi tablets.”
Then finally they also announced that they will be announcing both the GamePad 2 and their new tablet for kids called the ChildPad.
Of course with not much specs, release dates or prices yet, we will have to wait for the good stuff till IFA.
