Aus has today announced their latest smartwatch that is targeted to those that are focus on fitness.

Dubbed the Asus VivoWatch, it comes with a built-in heart rate monitor, and includes a range of movement sensor to track your sleeping patterns.

The watch also features a stainless steel body that is IP67 rated, which means it is both water and dust resistant. It also has a Gorilla Glass 3 display that features a 128 x 128 pixel resolution.

On top of that it also features a battery life that is claimed to last up to 10 days.

However it is yet to be seen if this is enough to tear you away from the range of other options available, given that the Asus VivoWatch will be compatible with Android devices from Samsung, LG and Sony, as well as with the iPhone it will be competing directly with the likes of Pebble, Samsung Wear, Apple Watch and many, many more.

The UK will get the Asus VivoWatch from May for £120.
