Getting into virtual reality gaming is hard to do, it’s quite unlikely that you have a PC that is powerful enough to run it and not a lot of people want to put down that kind of cash to get that started.

Today Asus unveiled a new compact desktop PC that they aim to solve this problem with.

Called the VivoPC X, Asus has designed it to be a VR ready machine that can be moved around you home from monitor to TV.

That’s thanks to the desktops compact chassis that weighs under 5 pounds.

But even with that compact design, it has an Intel Core i5 Kaby Lake processor with an Nvidia GTX 1060 GPU, 8 GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD storage.

It also features a total of four USB 3.1 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, two HDMI ports, and a DisplayPort that support Nvidia G-Sync displays.

The Asus VivoPC X will be available in March of this year for $799 in the US.
